BALLYMENA BAKE OFF RAISES OVER £600 FOR NI HOSPICE

On Friday 21st October, we held our own version of the Bake Off in Ballymena in aid of our Charity of the Year NI Hospice. The whole team got together to compete with one another to win the award for star baker and raise money for NI Hospice. Each team member baked their goodies including; scones, buns, traybakes and cakes for the event. Guests were able to choose their favourites and enjoy the delicious treats along with tea and coffee.
